3rd of October 2023
The Expert Council has determined the shortlist for the 9th All-Russian Award “For Fidelity to Science,” as announced by Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Chernyshenko.
“Thanks to the Decade of Science and Technology, announced by the President, we are seeing growing interest in the profession of a scientist. Popular science bloggers and programs play a significant role in this. This year's shortlist, selected from over a thousand applications, includes various formats and topics of media projects, including international ones. Russian science has always been, and will remain, in demand and open to the world community, as confirmed by the applications in the new 'Science to the World' category. I wish all nominees fair evaluations and great achievements!” - remarked Mr. Chernyshenko.
The laureates and diploma holders will be announced in October 2023. They will receive monetary prizes and special awards from the contest's partners, which include a trip on a nuclear icebreaker, a visit to one of Russia's spaceports, and an exclusive tour of the Irkut Corporation Engineering Center in Moscow. Furthermore, the award’s laureates will attend the 3rd Congress of Young Scientists, one of the key events of the Decade of Science and Technology.
